A Case of Intellectual Chemistry - Sherlock Holmes
I was a bit reserved seeing a Guy Ritchie cinematic film. I was never a real big fan. However Sherlock Holmes has made me re-evaluate Guys talent. And I was impressed. Intellectual Chemistry is the key. The subject matter and the actors the originator and the writers - every hit movie need the right combination, pace and tone and SH has all the ingredients.
Who would ever thought Downey and Law would embody the origination of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle or that Michael Johnson, Anthony Peckham & Simon Kinberg can modernize such a historical duo? Holmes & Watson, Holmes & Moriarty? The occult and the original mental Macgyver is afoot. The game is on so prepare for immersion into a brilliant dance of cat & mouse or be it a rat since we are based in London. Enjoy the ride and tip your hat off to Guy Ritchie for capturing our attention again.
